How to get rid of black spots under eyes.

It is said that eyes are tongue, but when dark spots are formed under these eyes, then it will end the beauty of face. These black spots describes your beauty as well as your health. Nowadays chemical products are found in most products of beauty company in the market. Using them for a long time leads to lose rather than benefits. In this case, the use of domestics organic cosmetics is cheap as well as profitable.    

    There are 5 important tips related to eyes black spots problems:-                                         1. Use sunscreen.                                                      Before going out in the sun, use sunscreen lotion under the eyes. Use a cleansing gel with wet cotton wool to remove face makeup. Then apply the cream under the eyes and after 10 minutes, wipe it with wet cotton wool and remove it. Use light coloured cream or serum under the eyes, massage around the eyes with almond oil before going to bed at night and lightly round the entire skin in the opposite direction of the clock with the help of fingers. After 15 minutes, wipe the face with wet cotton wool. The face will glow2. Clean with cucumber and tomato juice:-                                                 after removing the cucumber juice, apply it on the skin from  around the eyes every day. Wash off after 15 minutes with plain water. If there is swelling in the black spots, then get equal quantity of potato juice in cucumber juice, apply this mixture on the skin for 15 minutes and wash it with clean water. It will enhance the tone of the face.    3. Wash the contrast of the eyes:-                       To wash the contrast of the eyes, first wash the eyes with lukewarm water and then wash it with plain water. This will increase blood circulation and brightness of the eyes. Soak cotton pad in cucumber juice or rose water and keep it on the eyes for 10 minutes. This will give relief to the eyes and eliminate blackness.
 4. Get enough sleep:-  proper and regular use of cosmetics, along with a healthy lifestyle and a stress free environment, adequate sleep is also necessary.  Stay away from mental stress and get enough sleep. Washing eyes with cold water also gives instant relief to the tired eyes.                                                                5. Improve food and drink:-                             your food regularly contains nutritional supplements containing vitamins - A,C,K,E and iron. Dark spots under the eyes are caused by iron deficiency. For this, fresh fruits, salads, sprouted grains,  rotten grains curds, creams, leafy vegetables, eggs and fish should be included in the diet. Drink fresh fruit juice. Drink half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water every day morning and dissolve one spoon of honey. Drink 8-10 glasses if water daily.
